Chuseok Daejanchi: Korean Thanksgiving and Folklore Festival

October 29, 2016 - October 30, 2016

Established by The Korean Produce Association in 1983, the Korean Thanksgiving and Folklore Festival (Chuseok Daejanchi) has developed into the largest Korean festival held in the New York-New Jersey region. This two-day festival has drawn about 100,000 spectators and includes Korean traditional and contemporary music and dance performances, a traditional Korean wrestling competition, a taekwondo demonstration, a traditional Korean wedding ceremony, and many other Korean folklore cultural events! It also includes a variety of food booths with authentic Korean cuisine. Events scheduled include:

Saturday, Oct 29th:
2-4PM – K-Pop Contest
4-6PM – Rock Performance
7-8PM – Jazz Performance

Sunday, Oct 30th:
3PM – K-Pop Stars perform
